What Happens Next
Here’s the step-by-step process from eligibility to ongoing monthly care.
Check Eligibility (2-5 minutes)
Share your basic health information through our HIPAA-compliant intake form. No payment required.
Next Steps (if eligible)
If you’re eligible, we’ll guide you through the next steps, answer questions, and outline your monthly care plan—including what’s included and what’s not.
Physician review (Mon–Fri, 9–5 ET)
A licensed physician reviews your information to determine whether GLP‑1 treatment may be appropriate for you.
Monthly physician oversight (ongoing)
You’ll have monthly physician reviews built into your membership to review progress, manage any side effects, adjust dosing when appropriate, and ensure your plan remains appropriate for you.
Takes 2–5 minutes. No payment required.
Medication options (and how we decide)
Praxiom may prescribe FDA-approved brand-name GLP‑1 medications or compounded formulations when appropriate. Your treatment plan is based on your health history, goals, and safety considerations—not a one-size-fits-all protocol.
When compounded medications are used, they are prepared by state-licensed U.S. pharmacies. Some pharmacies may hold PCAB accreditation (a voluntary quality credential). Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.
Included in your monthly plan
Medication (as prescribed)
Monthly physician oversight reviews
Ongoing support during business hours (Mon-Fri 9-5 ET)
May be recommended separately
Labs (if clinically appropriate)
Other services not included in your plan
Any non-covered clinical testing
If something is recommended outside your plan, we’ll tell you up front—before you decide.
What your monthly review is for
Most people don’t need more “access.” They need oversight—a physician who monitors how the medication is affecting appetite, weight, side effects, and overall health. Your monthly review helps ensure your plan remains appropriate and medically guided.
Results vary. Individual outcomes depend on many factors.
How communication works
During business hours (Mon–Fri, 9–5 ET), you can reach our team by secure portal message, email, or phone. We monitor inbound messages during business hours and respond as quickly as possible based on medical priority.
If you believe you may have a medical emergency, call 911.
