Getting Started

Start with a quick, secure eligibility check. If you appear eligible, you'll complete the intake form for physician review. A Praxiom physician then evaluates your information and, if appropriate, provides next steps through your secure portal.

No. Checking eligibility is free and takes about 2–5 minutes. You'll see an eligibility result after the first 5 questions.

The eligibility check takes about 2–5 minutes. If you qualify and complete intake, physician review timing can vary based on volume and clinical complexity, but we aim to move as quickly as responsible medical review allows.

If you qualify and complete intake, your information is reviewed by a licensed Praxiom physician. If you're a fit for care, you'll receive your recommended next steps through the secure patient portal.

We may collect payment details during intake as an authorization step so you can move forward smoothly if treatment is prescribed. Your card is not charged until after a physician has completed the medical review and treatment is prescribed, and you'll see the recommended option and price before any charge.

Care Model

Yes. Praxiom is physician-led by design. Licensed physicians oversee care and complete ongoing monthly clinical reviews so treatment decisions are medically grounded and responsive to how you're doing over time.

Not usually. Monthly physician review is typically completed through the secure portal. Live calls are scheduled only when clinically needed.

It means you're not left to manage GLP‑1 therapy alone. You receive ongoing physician oversight, clear guidance, and a secure way to ask questions between monthly reviews — so you have support when side effects, plateaus, or uncertainty come up.

Yes. You can message our team through the secure patient portal between reviews. We help with questions and next steps, and escalate to the clinician team when needed.

You can reach us through the secure patient portal (recommended), by email at hello@praxiomhealth.com, or by phone at 1‑888‑455‑3411. Support is monitored Mon–Fri, 9–5 ET.

During business hours (Mon–Fri, 9–5 ET), we monitor messages and respond as quickly as we can via secure portal message, email, or phone.

Medications & Treatment

Praxiom physicians may prescribe FDA‑approved brand‑name GLP‑1 medications or compounded formulations when clinically appropriate. Your physician will recommend an option based on your health history, goals, and what is safest and most appropriate for you.

In some cases, yes. When clinically appropriate and permitted, Praxiom may prescribe compounded formulations sourced from state-licensed U.S. pharmacies.

No. Compounded medications are not FDA‑approved. When used, they are prepared by state-licensed U.S. pharmacies and prescribed only when clinically appropriate.

Brand‑name medications are filled through your pharmacy or the manufacturer depending on your plan. When compounded medications are used, they are sourced from state-licensed U.S. compounding pharmacies; some may hold PCAB accreditation (a voluntary quality credential) when available.

A Praxiom physician reviews your medical history, health profile, and goals. Your plan is tailored based on safety, tolerability, and your response over time, with adjustments when appropriate.

If medication is prescribed, it's included in compounded monthly packages. If a brand‑name medication is clinically appropriate and you choose that option, the monthly program fee covers physician oversight and prescription support, and medication is filled and paid for separately through your pharmacy or manufacturer.

Labs are not included. They may be recommended at an additional cost when clinically appropriate.

Praxiom's GLP‑1 program is focused on weight management and metabolic health. Your physician will review your history and help determine whether GLP‑1 care may be clinically appropriate for you.

Payment & Insurance

Checking eligibility is free. If you qualify and continue, payment details may be collected during intake, but your card is charged only after a physician has completed the medical review and treatment is prescribed. You'll see your recommended option and price before any charge.

We may collect payment details during intake as an authorization step. Your card is not charged until after physician review and only if treatment is prescribed — and you'll see pricing before any charge.

Monthly packages include physician-led oversight and medication coordination. Depending on your plan, this typically includes:

  • Physician review
  • Personalized dosing guidance (titration)
  • Side-effect troubleshooting
  • Progress monitoring
  • Pharmacy coordination
  • Medication (if prescribed on compounded plans)
  • Discreet shipping
  • Access to the secure patient portal for education and messaging

Praxiom does not bill insurance or handle insurance claims. If a prior authorization is needed for a brand‑name medication, we can submit it on your behalf (one-time $74.99 fee). Medication coverage and out-of-pocket cost, if applicable, are determined by your insurance plan and pharmacy or manufacturer.

At this time, we do not offer multi-month plans or discounts. Your plan is billed monthly when treatment is prescribed, and you'll see pricing before any charge is made.

If a Praxiom physician determines GLP‑1 treatment is not medically appropriate, you will not be charged for medication. You will be charged a $24.99 physician clinical review fee to cover the cost of the physician's time and medical evaluation — charged only after the review is completed.

If a brand‑name GLP‑1 medication is clinically appropriate and you prefer that option, Praxiom can support brand‑name prescribing with ongoing physician oversight and prescription support for $74.99/month. Brand‑name medication is filled and paid for separately through your pharmacy or manufacturer. If prior authorization is needed, we submit it on your behalf for a one-time $74.99 fee.

Safety

GLP‑1 medications can be safe and effective when prescribed appropriately and monitored. A physician will review your health history to determine whether GLP‑1 care may be clinically appropriate for you.

Side effects can occur, especially early on, and may vary by person and dose. We provide guidance to help prevent and manage common side effects and adjust dosing when appropriate.

Message our team through the secure portal for guidance during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9–5 ET). If you have severe symptoms or believe you're having a medical emergency, seek urgent care or call 911.

That's exactly what the intake and physician review are for. Your physician will review your medical history and any existing conditions to determine whether GLP‑1 treatment may be appropriate and safe for you.

Some people may not be good candidates for GLP‑1 therapy based on medical history, current medications, or other risk factors. A Praxiom physician will review your intake to determine whether treatment is clinically appropriate.

If a physician determines GLP‑1 treatment is not medically appropriate, you won't be prescribed medication. You will not be charged for medication, and you'll receive guidance on next steps through your portal when applicable.
